Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Right Of Withdrawal (14 Days)
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day you receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (for example by email) at: hello@kayonara.com, no later than 14 days from delivery.
The goods must be sent back no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal.

2. Condition Of Returned Goods
You may unpack and inspect the goods after delivery to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, as you would in a physical store.

You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Returned goods must be complete and in a condition suitable for resale. If the product cannot be resold as new, the refund may be reduced accordingly.

K-pop albums often include collectible items (such as photo cards, posters, stickers, and other bonus inclusions), which form an integral part of the product and must be returned together with the album.

Removing, replacing, or retaining a photo card or any other inclusion is considered handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product and may result in a proportionate reduction of the refund.

If any inclusion is missing, damaged, altered, or if the product shows signs of use preventing resale as new, the refund may be reduced accordingly.
Each return is assessed individually.

Some albums contain randomly inserted collectible items (such as photo cards). The specific version of such collectible items cannot be guaranteed and is not a valid reason for return, exchange, or claim.

3. Return Procedure
Before sending the goods back, please contact us at hello@kayonara.com.

The registered address (Bajkalská 45G, 821 05 Bratislava, Slovak Republic) serves as an administrative address and is not intended for receiving returns without prior agreement.

After contacting us, we will provide you with the correct return address and further instructions.

Goods sent without prior communication may be refused or may delay processing.

4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the goods were delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Goods
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible.

To facilitate efficient handling of your claim, we may request clear photographs of the issue or an unboxing video.

Minor damage to the outer packaging caused during transport is not considered a defect unless the product itself is damaged.

6. Refunds
Refunds will be issued without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
