Shipping & Payments Policy

1. Order Processing Time
Orders are usually prepared and packed within 1–3 business days.
During busy periods (such as new releases, promotions, or higher order volume), processing time may be extended accordingly.

2. Pre-Orders
Pre-order items require additional time before shipment.
Please check the product page for the expected release date.
Release dates are provided by the manufacturer or distributor and may be subject to change.
A pre-order represents a reservation of the item with our supplier.

Cancellation before dispatch may be limited if the item has already been firmly ordered from the supplier.

This does not affect the consumer’s statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days after receiving the goods in accordance with applicable EU and Slovak consumer protection laws.

3. Shipping Availability
We currently ship within Europe only. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Free shipping is available on orders over 119.99 EUR within Europe.
Free shipping is applied automatically once the order total exceeds this amount.

5. Customs Duties & Fees
No customs duties apply to orders shipped within the European Union, as all orders are dispatched from a warehouse located within the EU.

6. Estimated Shipping & Delivery Time
Shipping time depends on product availability and destination.
In-stock items are dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Delivery within the EU typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the selected courier and destination country.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are available.
If you wish to receive in-stock items earlier, we recommend placing separate orders.
During holidays, new releases, or periods of increased demand, dispatch and delivery times may be extended.

The stated delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and logistical conditions.

7. Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

8. Album Packaging & Minor Imperfections
Minor cosmetic imperfections on the outer packaging (such as small scratches, slight dents, or minor corner wear) that do not affect the functionality or content of the product may occur during international transport from manufacturers and distributors.

Such minor cosmetic imperfections are not considered defects of the goods.
This provision does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights in case of defective or damaged goods.

9. Incomplete or Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address (including house number and apartment number where applicable).

Incorrect or incomplete address details may result in delivery delays or returned shipments.
If a shipment is returned due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.

This does not affect the consumer’s rights in case of loss or damage during transport before the goods are delivered to the customer.

10. Undeliverable / Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer,
the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.
